If you attend one of our events we may also take photos or other recordings and publish these on our website or on our social media channels. You will have the option at events you attend not to be photographed or for any photos not to be published.

• process your membership or grant application 

• send you relevant information 

• respond to your queries regarding our organisation, events, grants or activities 

• invite you to participate in events or activities 

• customise our website to suit your browser or device.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
