PwC celebrates diversity and inclusion in consultancy.
PwC have taken a proactive and leadership role in the diversity and inclusion space. Shawn Wimalaratne (left) and Partner Russell Windsor (right) take a leadership role in their internal rainbow staff network, while providing D&I consultancy work to their clients.
Shawn presented on the thier art project called The Blossoming in collaboration with Shannon Novak, and commissioned by PwC. The work is on two floors of the PwC Centre and acknowledges and celebrates LGBTQI+ communities and seeks to amplify LGBTQI+ BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour), trans, and intersex communities.
